Salt-Free Special Pepper Blend Vegetable Stir-Fry – Versatile for all types of dishes. You only need a Tsp or 2!
Ingredients:
– 1 cup broccoli florets
– 1 cup bell pepper, sliced (use red, yellow, or green)
– 1 cup carrot, thinly sliced
– 2 teaspoons Salt-Free Special Pepper Blend (recipe below)
– 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
– Fresh cilantro for garnish
Salt-Free Special Pepper Blend
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Blend: In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients for the Salt-Free Special Pepper Blend. Set aside.
2. Heat Oil: In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
3. Sauté Aromatics: Add Special Pepper Blend to the skillet, stirring constantly until fragrant, about 1 minute.
4. Add Vegetables: Add the broccoli, bell pepper, carrot and snap peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes, or until vegetables are tender but still crisp.
5. Season: Sprinkle the Salt-Free Special Pepper Blend over the vegetables. Stir to evenly coat the vegetables with the spices.
6. **Add Liquids**: Pour in water. Continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavours to meld.
7. Finish and Serve: Remove from heat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired, and garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve hot.
