Smoky Roast Beef Skewers using the Special Smoky Roast Blend
Ingredients:
- 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons Ozim Salt-Free Smoky Roast Special Blend
- 2 beef stock cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions:
- Prepare the Marinade: In a large bowl, combine the Ozim Salt-Free Smoky Roast Special Blend, stock cubes and olive oil. Mix well.
- Marinate the Beef: Add the beef cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the Grill: If using an outdoor grill, preheat it to medium-high heat. If using an indoor grill pan, heat it over medium-high heat.
- Assemble the Skewers: Thread the beef cubes, bell peppers and red onion onto the skewers, alternating between meat and vegetables.
- Grill the Skewers: Place the skewers on the preheated grill. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired level of doneness and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
- Serve: Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve hot, alongside your favourite side dishes.
